The Capital Court complex is located at Munirka, Olof Palme Marg, New Delhi. Designed by Raja Aederi and built up on approx. 1.5 acres plot, the complex is divided in seven floors of varying areas raning from 10000 to 20000 sq.ft. The varying size is due to the staggering of staggering the floors all the levels as you go up. The use of beam and slab construction has provided large coloum free spans which provide the offices with flexibility of space utilization and better efficiency.
The scale and height of the atrium provides an ease of circulation and access and leads directly into the lift core which houses capsule lifts which enable a visitor to enjoy the scale of atrium at upper levels as well.
